A beautiful thight
Today I did almost the exact same thing as yesterday, but with slightly-less-cheap chicken thighs instead of bottom-of-the-barrel chicken drumsticks. This was a recommendation someone had given me. It LOOKED so much better, and it TASTED so much better, too. They sear so much better than a drumstick owning to only really having two sides. It was so easy and fast. You can read yesterday's post for details. The only thing is that I forgot the vinegar in the cooking liquid. I missed that flavor, but it was still really good. Not a trace of weird taste anywhere.
I used up the rest of my pre-cooked rice though, so tomorrow I will have to actually work.
