Nothing new but no complaints
Today was a clone of two days in the past---more delicious chicken thigh cooked alongside rice in the same pan.
I'm getting to be pretty fast at it, too.
I'm now out of thighs, so I'll have to be creative tomorrow.
Well, tomorrow I'll probably make beans and rice again, but I dunno, maybe I can be creative about it.
We'll see!
