Pancakes pancakes pancakes
I had pancakes for three meals in a row. Not very balanced, but not very disagreeable, either, once in a while.
I made extra pancakes this morning, on purpose, to have more carbs for later. I had two with peanut butter and honey for breakfast... way too delicious.
For a light lunch I had one warmed-up-in-butter pancake with yoghurt on it. That was fine but not incredible.
For dinner I had one giant butter-toasted pancake with two fried eggs on top, made with garlic. Kind of an interesting combination. These pancakes are unsweetened and theoretically should combine as well with savory flavors as sweet ones. But it's still a little novel to have garlic and a pancake at the same time. I could get used to it, though.

Simple day. Very little time spent cooking after the morning, when I spent forever making pancakes one by one since my pan is too small for anything more.
Still way ahead of the food curve. Feelin' good.
