Journeying Through Food in Love

"Slow food" is a thing

And so is "slow blogging", in a way. For the last 78 days, my mentality towards writing on here has been simply to "get something out" every day in order to stay accountable, in a rhythm that feels a little like downing White Castle in the car every day on the way to work just to stay fed. That's been great, but, spurred by a three-week trip that will have me cooking much less, I'm going to take the opportunity try to embrace a more mindful approach, and blog a little less often and hopefully a little better. I going to be be looking for ways to make the info I've been accumulating more useful, more useful than it's been just dumping it in a silly blog post every evening. I am so thankful for all of your feedback and hope it will continue even at my new, decelerated pace. I have been learning a lot more, and a lot faster, than I would have if I was just cooking on my own, out of the sight of the world. Starting this blog has been a great success, in that respect, and I'm going to be working on making it even better, and probably attaching it to other writing projects as well.

Looking forward to the future,
N.
